I found a neat way to make a heart shaped cake without a heart shaped cake pan!
You just make a circle cake and a square cake (preferably both 8x8 but you can also just trim the cake so it fits!) than you cut the circle cake in half...
... and position them like this on a cake plate or board!
Push them together...
...and ice it!

On Monday morning we got about 1"in of sleet!

Sleet. by the afternoon the top layer of sleet had melted and frozen again so the ground was really slick! Me and Stephen had fun sliding down the little hill behind the shop (we didn't use sleds or anything we just slid on on our feet!) we had a lot of fun!

Very fun pictures Deb's. Thanks for posting. You sure got some good pictures of that red bird! I can never seem to get good pictures of birds, they are always hiding from me. :)
